Personal Assistant Role

Location: Great Sankey, Warrington
Hours: 6 hours per week. The employer is flexible on the days and timings at the moment
Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour
About the Role:
The Independent Living Team, on behalf of an individual employer, is seeking a compassionate and reliable part-time Personal Assistant to support an 8-year-old boy with ADHD. The role involves helping him maintain independence and participate in social activities.
Personal Requirements:
• Experience in a similar role – essential
• Empathetic and patient attitude – essential
• Good communication skills – essential
• Flexible approach to work – essential
• Driving license – preferred
• Non-smoker – preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Personal Care Assistance: Assisting with personal care tasks, nappy changing, washing, dressing and undressing as needed.
• Meal Support: Preparing meals and drinks, feeding and promoting healthy eating and hydration.
• Transportation & Social Support: Driving him to and from social and leisure activities, providing companionship during outings. The child needs full time supervision as he has minimal sense of danger.
