ABOUT THE POST

The Information and Technology Services (ITS) department at London Metropolitan University is excited to announce an opening for a Service Desk Analyst. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service to our students, staff, and visitors across various communication channels including face-to-face, phone, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality support and advice on IT services.
- Log, respond to, and resolve service requests and incidents.
- Capture and triage feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Service Desk Lead, Service Support Lead, TechSmart team, and other IT personnel to ensure efficient service provision.
- Contribute to identifying and implementing service improvements.
