The primary function of this role is to provide hands-on first & second-line support to PRP's 4 studios in London, Manchester, Wroclaw and Sopot. If you have Minimum of three years’ experience in a customer facing role in IT, awareness of customer and business needs as well as understanding of SLAs, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you would need to be self-motivated, have good time management, methodological approach and attention to detail.
Required Technical skills:
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 clients and Microsoft Office suite.
Experience managing iOS devices on an MDM platform.
Experience supporting specialist software (Autodesk, Adobe) is a bonus.
Experience with corporate IT management systems: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra and Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, endpoint and email security suites.
Good understanding of Windows OS configuration and management concepts: GPOs, Intune configurations, Windows security model.
Industry certification is a bonus
Working knowledge of Powershell beneficial.
In this role some inter-office travel will be required.
