Join a thriving, independent equine practice in Lincolnshire with a strong stud and orthopaedic caseload, cutting-edge mobile equipment, and exciting plans for a purpose-built clinic in the future
Earn a competitive salary of up to £65,000 DOE with a generous benefits package and exceptional opportunities for career growth
Work with a friendly, supportive team of six vets, three support staff, and a yard assistant, with additional hires planned to strengthen the practice further
Gain hands-on experience in sports medicine, orthopaedics, and thoroughbred reproduction, while delivering gold-standard care to horses, ponies, donkeys, and mules across Lincolnshire

Are you searching for a fresh opportunity where your passion for equine medicine meets the excitement of real clinical variety and the buzz of being part of something truly independent? This thriving, progressive equine practice in beautiful Lincolnshire could be the next chapter in your career. With a well-established caseload covering everything from elite sports horses to stud work and leisure companions, the practice offers the kind of day-to-day variety that keeps you sharp, fulfilled, and genuinely interested.

You’ll join a dynamic, close-knit team of six experienced vets supported by a dedicated and knowledgeable support crew. The practice is proudly ambulatory but benefits from a clinic equipped for reproduction, medical management, standing surgeries, and lameness investigations. With a client base that includes top-level athletes, broodmares, racehorses and beloved pets, no two days look the same.

They’re fully mobile and incredibly well-equipped – think digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental kit, shockwave therapy, PRP, gastroscopy, endoscopy, and an in-house lab, all at your fingertips. The practice is known for its gold-standard approach to care, working in collaboration with specialist referral centres, visiting experts and cutting-edge laboratories.

This role would suit someone with at least four years of equine experience and a real flair for sports medicine and/or reproduction. In return, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary of up to £65,000, a generous benefits package, and the chance to be a key player in the growth of a proudly independent practice – including their exciting plans for a purpose-built facility in the near future.

If you’re ready to bring your clinical skills to a forward-thinking, supportive team that values professional development and real work-life balance, I would love to hear from you. This is more than just a job – it’s an invitation to be part of something truly special.
