Crynodeb
ESR System Maintenance, Training & Administration Set up new positions and amend/update positions within ESR Workstructures as required, ensuring that the appropriate competencies are attached. Assist with the maintenance of ESR Self Service and associated queries from staff and managers. Assist with the dissemination of information from ESR User Notices, forwarding information to the appropriate users and highlighting areas of importance, to ensure the Trust is up to date with new releases and changes to ESR. Assist with assigning individuals the appropriate access to ESR, ensuring that the necessary approvals are in place. Assist in ensuring that system security meets information and data legislation, and that ESR data is compliant with Data Protection Act requirements within the HR Department and corporately. To undertake training of other staff within the Trust in the use of ESR. Escalate requirements for System Requests (SRs) to IBM for ESR on behalf of own team and other HR users.
