Are you a compassionate, energetic, and committed professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?

We are excited to offer a long-term Learning Support Assistant (LSA) opportunity at a highly supportive and inclusive school catering to pupils aged 5-11 with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). This specialist provision focuses on supporting children with a range of SEND needs, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Work closely with class teachers to support teaching and learning

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils, helping them overcome barriers to learning
