We’re a small, fast-growing tech company looking for a hands-on HR professional who’s ready to shape our people strategy while staying grounded in day-to-day operations. If you're excited about working closely with leadership, building a positive culture, and supporting a growing team, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end recruitment, particularly for tech roles
Own onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management
Be the first point of contact for people-related matters and policy implementation
Manage and continuously improve our in-house Employee Resource Management (ERM) tool
Ensure HR documentation, compliance, and best practices are followed
Support training, growth plans, and team development initiatives
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in tech/startup environments
Strong understanding of the needs of scaling teams and agile work cultures
Hands-on experience with HR systems or tools — bonus if you’ve worked with custom platforms
Great with people, highly organised, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and with leadership teams
