We are looking for a HR Executive based at our Bloxwich site to cover all HR and payroll process.
As a HR Executive you must be familiar with using a HR software and strong communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
· Deal with payroll preparations by providing relevant data to the Chartered Accountants. Input all driving fines, increases and expenses.
· Deal with employee’s payroll queries.
· Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
· Implement the new ATS. You will be the main user on the system. Train all staff on the onboarding system and keep the ATS updated.
· Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
· Conduct and make sure all the Rights to Work documents are completed.
· Conduct Inductions for all new staff.
· Check company Mobile phone usage.
· Fill out driving fines and post to relevant constabularies.
· Assist with Health and Safety procedures as and when needed.
· Advertise vacancies, shortlist candidates, arrange interviews. Produce offer letter and contract with relevant documents.
· Any reasonable duties as per your Managers request.

· Good computer skills (MS Office)
· Familiarity with ATS software
· Excellent organsiation skills
· Strong communication skills
Must be able to speak Punjabi and have had experience
