Role Overview
This is a varied and flexible role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized behind the scenes. You don’t necessarily need experience in facilities management – if you’re good with people, comfortable using a computer, and enjoy helping things run smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
Your day-to-day might include:
• Helping schedule jobs and maintenance visits
• Speaking with suppliers to confirm bookings or deliveries
• Ordering supplies and keeping stock organized
• Arranging call-outs and logging the details
• Speaking with contractors and clients occasionally
• Supporting the MD with general admin and planning tasks

What We’re Looking For
• Organised and good at managing your own time
• Friendly and professional communicator (written and verbal)
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic systems
• Willing to learn and pitch in where needed
• Experience in admin, customer service, or coordination would be helpful
