We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Officer (LBS-007) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various departments and teams as needed.
Assist in the organization and coordination of meetings, including scheduling and agenda preparation.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure necessary resources are readily available.
Respond to inquiries from staff and clients in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Support project management initiatives by tracking progress and following up on action items.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.26
