Crynodeb
As an Activity Coordinator, you need to develop and plan programmes, outings and events, staffing the events and overseeing the implementation of activities. Organise and plan activity programmes reflecting service users preferences
Ensure service users are at the heart of events and programmes to enhance their wellbeing
Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service.
Ensuring that any risk assessments have been carried out prior to any new planned activity or event.
Spend individual time with residents, care staff and relatives / friends to create personalised structured activities that engage our service users and reflect their interests and hobbies.
Develop community links with local groups and arrange trips and excursions with varied destinations and purposes for our reservice users.
Qualification: Excellent Communication Skill,NVQ
