An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Performance Analyst. You will be collaboratively working across multiple departments, monitoring actual vehicle performance against planned activity requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to gain further understanding of the wider Defence Departments, engaging activity/capability focal points across All Front-Line Commands and Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S).

Key responsibilities of a Performance Analyst:

Work in a fast-paced Team, adopting a customer focused approach, implementing the Activity and Resource Planning process.
Demonstrate good engagement skills including the ability to develop excellent working relationships with a diverse range of partners, ensuring that a robust Activity Forecast is produced and supported (Enabling a Holding to Account process to be undertaken).
You will provide support to the development of a coherent, realistic, and affordable Equipment and Commodities Programme to the A&RP portfolio.
Be responsible for the performance analysis of VST capabilities under, Armoured Tracks, Protected Mobility and Operational Support Vehicles, in line with the A&RP Battle Rhythm.
Help stakeholders measure and assess outcomes (for example, what good looks like and how it will be measured).
Help to plan and ensure project delivery.
Find opportunities to collaboratively share information with wider stakeholders (Front Line Commands, DE&S Delivery Teams, community (i.e: HQ FA / FA HQ), colleagues and others.
Work independently, but know to seek guidance when necessary.
Be adaptable in applying analysis techniques to new contexts, especially when acting as the sole representative for performance analysts on a project.
Create a performance measurement framework for a project with the wider team, including identifying reporting requirements, advising on procurement, implementation and validation of tools to deliver against these requirements.
Be responsible for the accuracy and quality of data and analysis, and how they are used.
Be engaged with, and actively contribute to, the performance analysis community.
Line Management responsibilities.

(Remote working within this role is something that can be discussed at interview stages or with your future line manager if you are found successful.)
