An opportunity has arisen to join a developing TB team to provide comprehensive and proactive secretarial and administrative support to the Tuberculosis Team within South Place. Ensuring that all administrative processes and tasks are undertaken efficiently, effectively and to a high standard.
To support the TB nurse(s) and TB coordinator to deliver a high quality service to their patients using varied software programs such as System 1, access and excel.
Work collaboratively across the wider team as required.

• To set up, maintain and manage the quality of record keeping, confidential records and timely archiving. Due to the variety of record keeping held within the team, the post holder will need to be able to recognise which documents require archiving and which require destruction in a timely manner.
