Location: Bradford – Speed Fresh Exotics (UK) Ltd
Working Hours: 5:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Monday Wednesday & Friday
Employment Type: Part-Time (with potential to become Full-Time, Permanent)

Speed Fresh Exotics (UK) Ltd is a growing wholesale fresh produce business based in Bradford. We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and adaptable office administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role, combining administrative duties with occasional warehouse support. Key Responsibilities
Office Administration (60%)
• Perform day-to-day administrative duties
• Manage records and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Handle data entry, including cash invoice processing
• Update and maintain financial ledgers
• Prepare and organise stock sheets
• Keep the office clean and organised at the start and end of each shift
Warehouse & Physical Support (40%)
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Help with counting and organising warehouse stock
• Carry out light manual tasks, including lifting boxes (physical fitness is required)
• Support occasional duties outside of the office environment

What We’re Looking For
Please note: Previous experience working in an office environment is essential for this role.
• Proven experience in office administration
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and general office software
• Understanding of ledgers, invoices, and basic accounting processes
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and a desire to develop
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• High standards of cleanliness and organisation
