The Role;
- Technical report writing
- Querying any report issues to Surveyors and the QC Team
- Use of AlphaTracker to input survey data and generation of reports - desirable, not necessary
- Managing client requests
- Adhering to client SLAS when completing reports and prioritising where needed
- General platform housekeeping data input reviews and correction
- Administration of general office duties
Requirements;
- Proven experience in report writing or administration within the asbestos industry
- Ability to manage and work to multiple deadlines whilst focusing on delivering high-quality work
- Ability to move quickly between tasks if required
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using all Microsoft Office Packages
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
