Soundsorba manufacture and sell sound absorption products throughout the UK and are market leaders in the field.
Soundsorba are looking to recruit an Internal Production Supervisor to help us grow process and manager our orders and production team. The job location is High Wycombe and is office based, suiting someone in the local area and who is a university graduate. The position is a permanent, full time role and working hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm. A competitive salary is offered.
The main duties are to help deal with incoming orders and customer enquiries via email, telephone and face to face. To proress orders, deal with transport issues and work alongside the production team to ensure that orders and deliveries are dealt with to a high standard. Communicate with customers via email and telephone to follow up quotations and enquiries. To support internal and external sales team as required. Work as part of a team. Be responsible for production related administration office tasks.
This position would suit someone with a decent level of IT skills with working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Being able to work under pressure is critical along with being able to complete tasks efficiently and promptly. Full training will be provided.
