Job title: Hospitality and Events Supervisor
Location: Bisham Abbey
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Sunday including earlies 6.30am and lates 12.30am
Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum

- and right now we have an opportunity as we are looking to recruit for Hospitality and Events Supervisor to join our team. Bisham Abbey is one of Sport England`s National Sports Centres and is home to a number of National Governing Bodies of Sport. Bisham Abbey provides excellent facilities to Britain’s leading sports men and women. Bisham Abbey is also a Conferencing and Event Centre, boasting a large number of recently refurbished rooms and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, and team-building days.

The Hospitality & Events Supervisor is responsible for running all hospitality operations throughout the Bisham Abbey site. You will oversee all areas ensuring a high-quality service, effective cost management, and guest satisfaction.This is a fully operational role in which the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the event business.

Our business is aiming to grow its private function numbers and provide customers with a “world class” experience which you can be part of, and you will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment.



About you

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate a level of experience and knowledge commensurate with the position in:


- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Confident operator able to run a Wedding or Event from start to finish
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
