Summary
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER | HIGH WYCOMBE
We’re looking for a fabulous Internal Communications Manager to join our People Experience Team, on a 12-month fixed term contract, and play a key role in shaping how we connect, engage, and inspire our amazing Perfume People across the business. You’ll lead our internal communications strategy, bringing our brand values to life, championing our culture, and ensuring our people feel informed, valued, and connected—no matter where they work.
You’ll lead a team of two, manage our digital comms platforms, and collaborate with leaders across the business to deliver impactful messaging and campaigns that support our ‘OneTPS’ mindset.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Lead the delivery of our annual internal communications plan, aligning with business priorities and values.
• Lead the setup, launch, and ongoing management of Microsoft SharePoint as our central internal communication and resource hub, as well as plan and deliver the rollout of Viva Engage to the business, fostering two-way communication and a culture of connection and recognition.
• Own our internal and external people-focused social media strategy, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Partner with senior leaders to cascade key messages and support engagement initiatives.
• Lead the setup, launch, and ongoing management of Microsoft SharePoint as our central internal communication and resource hub.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• 4+ years’ experience in a communications role, with some experience leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Viva Engage, and internal social strategies.
• A flair for writing and storytelling, with a passion for engaging content.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A curious, creative mindset and a love for connecting people through communication.
