About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Nursing Home Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in delivering the highest standards of care and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team in a stunning care environment that prides itself on excellence, dignity, and innovation.
While a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) qualification is preferred, we welcome applications from experienced non-nurse Deputy Managers with strong leadership and residential care backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
• Lead, mentor, and develop a committed care team
• Ensure exceptional care planning and person-centered support
• Maintain high standards of compliance and safeguarding
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and regulators
Requirements:
• Previous management or deputy management experience in a nursing or residential care setting
• Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) preferred but not essential
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care sector best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for elderly care
