As an apprentice, you will:




Provide professional customer service support to clients, partners, and stakeholders via email, phone, and CRM systems
Assist with coordinating internal meetings and managing diaries, agendas, and follow-up actions
Maintain and update databases, records, and digital documentation in compliance with company policies
Support the delivery of projects by tracking milestones and coordinating with teams to meet deadlines
Contribute to the development and implementation of new administrative processes and efficiencies
Help produce business communications, reports, and presentations to support decision-making.
Undertake basic financial administration including invoicing, budgeting support, and procurement tasks.
Engage in continuous improvement by evaluating processes and offering suggestions for better service delivery
Uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR regulations, and relevant health & safety procedures.

Training
STANDARD & LEVEL 


The successful candidate will
work towards completing the Level 3 Business Administration Standard from the
Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education. Delivered by Blackpool
and The Fylde College offering expert tuition and exceptional facilities. 


Personalised programme 
Your B&FC apprenticeship is
made up of several different elements and each one reflects your individual
abilities and career goals. Our expert tutors and assessors have relevant
industry experience and will support you to achieve all your goals.  


Off-the-job training 
Developing your skills at work
is called on-the-job training, 20% of your apprenticeship (equal to one full
day a week) will be ‘off-the-job’. This might include attending College,
tackling projects, online learning, coaching, shadowing, or training for your
job.  
Stacks of support 














Assessment mostly takes place
in the workplace. When you start, you will be allocated a
skills coach, who will visit you at least once a month to guide and support you
and help you to plan for your future. We will also provide you with specialist
support for your English and maths and for any additional needs
that you make us aware of.


Qualifications required
Level 3 a minimum of English and maths grades A*- C (9-4) (or equivalent) are desirable OR willingness to complete Functional Skills Level 2 are a requirement to have or to achieve before EPA Gateway.

We’re looking for someone who is:


Passionate about customer service and administration.
Organised, with excellent attention to detail
A strong communicator – both written and verbal.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Eager to learn and develop professionally.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools


Prospects
Learn more about the business of digital advertising. The possibility of securing a full-time role on completion of the apprenticeship (if suitable vacancies are available).
