The Role
As a Bartender at our hotel, you’ll be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences for our guests in our elegant bar and restaurant. You’ll craft classic and bespoke cocktails, serve a range of beverages, and contribute to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wines, and beers, to the highest standards.
-Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a personalized service.
-Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to Health & Safety and licensing regulations.
-Assist with stock control, including inventory checks and restocking.
-Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
-Uphold our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
-Has a passion for hospitality and a flair for mixology.
-Is friendly, empathetic, and able to build rapport with guests.
-Can work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
