Summary


Conolly Ward (Female Acute) and Bevan Ward (Male PICU) are actively seeking to recruit passionate, skilled, and forward-thinking mental health professionals for the role ofClinical Practice Lead - Band 6withinCity and Hackney Mental Health Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals committed to delivering excellence in patient care, driving continuous improvement, and championing best nursing practices.

As aClinical Practice Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the quality of care provided to patients. This position calls for avisible and inclusive leadership approach, ensuring collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team while also engaging with other teams across the service. You will be instrumental in supporting key initiatives, includingrelational security, trauma-informed care, and the reduction of restrictive practices, fostering a therapeutic and recovery-focused environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and have a keen interest in working with patients being nursed on mental health wards. Our expectation is that you will be highly motivated and dynamic and able to demonstrate quality therapeutic interactions with service users.

You will work closely with members of the wider multi-disciplinary team to offer recovery focused individual and group work with patients with a wide range of needs.

Our care and treatment programmes are underpinned by principles of recovery and social inclusion and much of our work is co-produced with patients. You will help to ensure that the people we care for always have a strong voice.
