• Implement and maintain efficient filing systems and follow-up processes.
• Maintain and update healthcare records using both paper-based and computerised systems and databases.
• Have an awareness and ensure accurate handling and storage of sensitive information in line with data protection regulations (GDPR).
• Perform general administrative duties such as answering telephones, taking messages, photocopying, filing, and handling post.
• Prepare and maintain client folders, attend assessments, care plans in line with company procedures.
• Manage a varied workload effectively while meeting deadlines and service targets.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, service users, and other stakeholders in person, over the phone, and via written correspondence.
• Support the wider team by liaising with staff at all levels and responding to administrative needs as required.
• Contribute to a positive office culture through a flexible and collaborative approach.
