Job title: Infor M3 Developer
We are looking for a skilled Infor M3 Developer for a future role to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across various M3 development tools and integration platforms, with a strong understanding of technical components such as MAK, MEC, IPA, ION, and RPG for legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and enhance applications using: Infor M3 Adaptation Kit (MAK), Infor M3 Development Studio, RPG for legacy M3 modules
Design and implement integrations using: Infor M3 Enterprise Collaborator (MEC), Infor ION API Gateway, Business Object Documents (BODs) Event Hub
Develop and manage business process flows with Infor Process Automation (IPA) and Infor Workflow Designer.
Leverage Infor CloudSuite and Infor ION Grid for cloud-native and hybrid solutions.
Utilize Mongoose Framework for low-code development and extension of M3 applications.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Deploy and manage M3 environments using LifeCycle Manager (LCM).
Work with analytics teams to integrate Infor M3 Analytics and Infor Birst dashboards and reports.
Ensure robust security implementations via Infor OS Security Services and manage roles/permissions.
Contribute to user experience improvements through Infor Smart Office and Infor Ming.le platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven development experience with Infor M3 ERP and related platforms.
Strong programming skills in RPG for legacy environments and scripting for modern integration tools.
Proficiency in tools such as MAK, MEC, IPA, Development Studio, and ION.
Experience with Infor Cloud Suite, Infor OS, and integration technologies.
Familiarity with BOD architecture, Event Hub, and Mongoose-based applications.
Understanding of ERP security principles and implementation via OS Security Services.
Strong debugging, testing, and performance tuning skills.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
Infor certification in relevant development technologies.
Experience with multi-tenant CloudSuite deployments.
Exposure to Infor ION Grid and hybrid integration patterns.
Background in supporting or developing Infor Birst and M3 Analytics.
