About the Role – Graduate SEN learning Support Assistant

In this position, you’ll work with students aged 11–18 who require tailored support to thrive academically and personally. You will assist learners with:

• Autism Spectrum Conditions
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
• Learning difficulties and processing needs
• Emotional and behavioural development

Responsibilities will include: Graduate SEN learning Support Assistant

• Providing individualised and small group support to students
• Helping implement education and support plans designed by SEN specialists

• Hold a 2:1 degree or above in any subject (Psychology or Education is desirable)
