Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of major and complex planning applications.
Lead on planning policy development and strategy.
Advise on CIL/s106 and contribute to enforcement and appeals.
Support pre-application negotiations and provide expert guidance to stakeholders.



What We’re Looking For

Degree in Planning and full (or pending) RTPI membership.
Experience in Local Plan policy, major applications, or public inquiries.
Strong report writing and communication skills.
Supervisory or team leadership experience.
