Do you believe that every child deserves tailored support and a nurturing community to help them thrive? Are you driven to make a meaningful difference for young learners with a wide range of needs? If so, we'd love to welcome you to our team!

Randstad is partnering with welcoming and inclusive schools and colleges across West and East Sussex, all dedicated to providing exceptional educational experiences for students aged 2-19. These schools foster a culture of happiness, inclusion, and belonging, where every learner is valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

We are currently seeking dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistants to support the development of our students across academic, social, emotional, and physical areas of learning.

Why Work With Us?
  • Make a lasting impact: See the difference your support makes in a caring and encouraging setting.

  • Collaborative environment: Work alongside passionate educators and a multi-disciplinary team including therapists, nurses, and physiotherapists to offer highly personalised learning.

  • Supportive community: Join a school that truly values every student and fosters an inclusive and respectful atmosphere.

  • Consistent schedule: Enjoy a stable work routine, Monday to Friday, 8:45am-4:00pm (5:00pm on Tuesdays).

Your Role Will Include:
  • Supporting students across their learning journey - academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.

  • Helping create and deliver personalised and engaging learning activities.

  • Encouraging independence, self-confidence, and self-esteem in each student.

  • Building strong, positive relationships within the classroom community.

  • Modeling professionalism and teamwork at all times.

  • Using technology to support and enhance learning experiences.

Ready to Make a Difference?

If you're passionate about supporting young people and excited to be part of a collaborative, student-focused team, we'd love to hear from you.
