Crynodeb
As this is a Senior Role within the team, you will need to have a good knowledge of Council Tax and Business Rates legislation (an IRRV qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience) and ideally, have experience of using NEC(Northgate) Computer Systems and spreadsheets. You will also need to have had experience of representing a council in the magistrate’s court at Liability Order hearings. You will also need to deal with customers who may be upset and in financial difficulty so you must be able to communicate accurately in both written and spoken English, have good customer service, communication and negotiation skills. You will also need to be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
