Oversee budgeting and financial management for community housing programs to ensure sustainability and resource allocation.
Conduct regular assessments of housing services and programs to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Manage staff performance and development, providing guidance and support to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce.
Engage with the community to gather feedback, address concerns, and promote awareness of available housing services.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within community housing or a related field.
Strong understanding of housing policies, regulations, and best practices in community service delivery.
Exceptional strategic planning and organizational skills, with the ability to align services with community needs.
Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial oversight for housing programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within community services and initiatives.
Relevant qualifications in social sciences, public administration, business management, or a related discipline.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
