Summary

Network Rail & TransPennine Express have teamed up to support women after they have had career breaks – or just want to try something new. Through a partnership with Women in Rail, ‘Never Mind the Gap’ provides training and work placements for women who want to ‘change track’ after a period away from the workplace.

The work experience starts on 16th June and there will be lots of different experiences to take part in throughout the 2 weeks! Further information is provided on the below poster on visit the website https://routesintorail.org/events/never-mind-the-gap-work-experience-programme/ with details on how to apply.

We are also hosting an MS Teams event on 15th May at 10.00am for anyone to join to find out more information about the placement and speak to our Mentors who will be running the scheme.
