We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Host to be the welcoming face and heartbeat of our office—ensuring every visitor and employee feels valued, supported, and inspired from the moment they arrive.

About the Role
As a Workplace Experience Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees, clients, and guests—playing a vital role in shaping our workplace culture. You’ll manage reception services, coordinate meetings and events, and support a wide range of administrative and hospitality functions to ensure a seamless and engaging office experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist employees, clients, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Manage guest registration, issue visitor passes, and coordinate escorts.
Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, including AV setup and catering arrangements.
Provide concierge-style services such as local transport, refreshments, and building tours.
Maintain the appearance and functionality of reception, café, and common areas.
Support onboarding processes and first-day experiences for new employees.
Handle mail services, desk bookings, event coordination, and office supply management.
Respond to workplace service requests and escalate recurring issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace policies.

Site-Specific Duties
Answer and direct calls using multiple technologies (e.g., Email, Skype).
Manage hospitality bookings and pantry operations.
Set up meeting rooms and coordinate catering.
Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate guest needs.
Report health and safety concerns promptly.

What You’ll Bring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
