We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Unqualified Senior Broker to join our team in the Social Health Care industry. As a key contributor to our operational success, you will play a vital role in facilitating broker relationships and enhancing the overall efficiency of our healthcare services. In this position, you will assist existing brokers and engage in various administrative and support tasks, enabling our organization to meet the increasing demands of the healthcare sector. Responsibilities
Assist the brokerage team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
Liaise with brokers and clients to facilitate smooth transactions and communications.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to broker activities and client interactions.
Coordinate meetings and communications between brokers, clients, and internal departments.
Support the development and implementation of brokerage policies and procedures.
Conduct preliminary research on market trends and competitor offerings in the healthcare sector.
Assist in the training and onboarding of new brokerage team members as needed.
Requirements
Strong interest in the Social Health Care industry and willingness to learn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
