We are pleased to be working with a brilliant creative company in the heart of Sheffield looking for an accounts assistant to join their team ASAP for a 12 month maternity cover.
The contract is due to end May 2026.

Your new role
The finance assistant role will include the duties below:
- Code and post supplier invoices, resolving any queries.
- Assist with credit control and chase payments.
- Support cash, bank, and credit card reconciliations.
- Help prepare year-end audit files.
- Prepare weekly payment runs.
- Maintain sales and purchase ledgers.
- Assist with monthly management accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, AAT 3 qualified
Experience with Sage & Excel
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in a UK accounts assistant role
