Summary
Role overview
Due to continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join our established
team. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable building new client relationships; and managing existing clients by developing
an in-depth understanding of their business challenges and communications environment; and translating this into potential
opportunities to provide solutions and services which deliver value to their organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
* Be the main point of contact for all designated client accounts.
* Building and maintaining long term client relationships to both new and existing accounts.
* Respond to incoming enquiries from clients qualifying leads and creating quotes.
* Generating new business by using industry networks, prospecting, and marketing campaigns
* Working alongside major tech brands and clients
* Delivering against companywide targets for GP and other key performance indicators
* Developing a sound knowledge of the products and services offered by Millgate.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous B2B IT sales experience (including prospecting, qualifying, opportunity management)
* You must be comfortable self-generating leads and opportunities.
* You’ll have strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to facilitate discussions and outcomes.
* An excellent communicator with strong presentation, numeracy, and written skills
* A history of using Netsuite CRM is advantageous but not essential.
