Duties
• Provide great customer service managing calls and emails in relation to the technology solutions we deliver such as Internet, Voice, Mobile and IT services
• Assist in provisioning these solutions
• Utilise effective phone and email etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
• Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and understanding
Requirements:
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a professional office environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle service cases effectively
