Location: Preston
Salary: £27,000 basic per annum plus bonus, OTE £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 08:30 am to 12:30 pm

We have a new job vacancy available for a Service Advisor in Preston. My client is one of the UK's leading main dealer groups in the area representing some fantastic brands. Service Advisor duties:
- Your remit will be to meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
- Booking customer vehicles into the workshop and keeping them up to date on the progress.
- Support the after sales function and the various staff members in the department such as workshop controllers & assist the service manager in the day to day running of a busy after sales department.
- Manage customer expectations and always strive for a professional approach.
- Upselling any additional products to new and existing customers.
Service Advisor requirements:
- Looking for an experienced Service Advisor from a Car Dealership, Bodyshop or independent background.
- Professional and presentable individual
- Full UK Driving licence
- Willing to work weekends.
