This is an exciting time to join the East of England Ambulance Service Trust amidst the development of a new centralised approach to Planning and Resourcing.
The Head of Forecasting will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Trust’s strategic aims and on-going development through identifying opportunities for change to support improvements in service delivery. The post holder will influence stakeholders and oversee the transformation and implementation of agreed changes.
The Head of Forecasting will support the Head of Resource Planning and Deputy Chief of Clinical Operations in analysing future scope and challenges in the performance of operational service delivery in urgent and emergency healthcare services at East of England Ambulance Service Trust; enabling the service to respond rapidly and effectively to changes.
The post holder will support the Deputy CoCO in developing a comprehensive and integrated demand, resource and performance forecasting system which supports high performance and continuous
improvement by developing and establishing a systematic approach to demand and capacity linked to performance measurement, reporting and improvement.
