We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Support Officer (Grade I) to provide essential administrative and operational support to our executive team. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our organization, ensuring that high-level executives can focus on strategic initiatives while having their daily administrative needs met efficiently. The Executive Support Officer will be responsible for a range of tasks including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and preparing reports. A successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Executive Support Officer will serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, thus requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour. Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Assist in the development and implementation of office systems and procedures.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
Support project management activities and help track deadlines and deliverables.
Requirements
Proven experience in an executive support role or similar administrative position.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and responsibly.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to work and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours Per Week: 36.50
Start Time: 07:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £24.35
Location: Tower Hill, Central London
