Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis on case law, statutes, and regulations.
Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Attend client meetings and court proceedings to observe and assist in case preparation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Participate in client interviews and gather relevant information for cases.
Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm legal strategies and solutions.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and client communication.
Requirements
Law degree from an accredited institution.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility to sit for the bar exam).
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
