Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of electrical systems for various projects.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to support project goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product specifications and requirements.
Prepare detailed documentation, including schematics, technical reports, and design reviews.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and interns.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues during the development and testing phases.
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to enhance the design process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on design and development.
Proficient in electrical design software, including AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Demonstrated experience in project management and leading engineering teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
