Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on contracts and procurement processes.
Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies related to contracts.
Collaborate with procurement teams to develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
Conduct legal research related to procurement law and practices.
Train and support non-legal staff in understanding contract management best practices.
Requirements
Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
Proven experience in contracts and procurement law.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal documents.
Familiarity with public procurement regulations and procedures.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Day: £227.85
