What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate that they have previous experience in estates and facilities, ideally within an educational setting but this is not essential. Other essential skill sets involve the ability to be able to work flexibly and prioritise workload, work calmly under pressure and uphold a professional, friendly manner at all times. You should also have an awareness and understanding of H&S although full training will be given.

Further details about the role

Summit Learning Trust are looking to appoint a highly motivated Site Officer to assist the Senior Site Manager and the team in the provision of efficient and effective caretaking support of the College site, including general site duties and maintenance. The role will be based at Solihull Sixth Form College, but you must be prepared to travel to other sites within Trust if required. There will be some evening events when we would ask for your flexibility to support.
