MAKS BUILDERS LTD is seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks at the office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by assisting with documentation, customer communication, and coordination between site staff and management.
Main duties include:
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Communicate daily work schedules to site workers in accordance with management instructions.
• Assist in the preparation and organisation of quotations, invoices, and project files.
• Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and document scanning.
• Manage complaints, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining client trust.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (construction industry preferred).
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or within a team.
