We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Analyst for a future role. The analyst will assist with the administration, monitoring, and support of Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring smooth business operations. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, analyzing business data, and optimizing system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the administration, monitoring, and support of Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM) to ensure business operations run smoothly.
Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud applications to meet business requirements and ensure proper functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Oracle Cloud applications, working with internal and external stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Analyze business data from Oracle Cloud applications and generate reports to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with business teams to define reporting requirements and design custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle Cloud tools like Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Monitor data quality and integrity in Oracle Cloud systems and help optimize data flow and processing.
Assist with the integration of Oracle Cloud applications with other internal and external systems.
Support the configuration of Oracle Cloud solutions to align with business processes and objectives.
Participate in system testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party applications.
Monitor the performance of Oracle Cloud solutions, identify bottlenecks, and work with teams to optimize system performance.
Provide recommendations for improving system efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing the overall user experience.
Assist in project planning and execution, providing analysis, testing, and implementation support for Oracle Cloud-related projects.
Track project milestones and deliverables related to Oracle Cloud implementations and optimizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in working with Oracle Cloud solutions (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), including Oracle ERP, HCM, or SCM modules.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and integration in Oracle Cloud environments.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Cloud applications, and Oracle database technologies.
Knowledge of cloud integration tools, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Basic understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify business insights.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or similar tools.
Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze problems, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Autonomous Database, or Oracle EPM applications is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
