What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
• Has high expectations of themselves and the team and children they work with.
• Has a relevant EYFS qualification
• Can deliver whole class and group teaching sessions to a high standard.
• Is creative and can produce high quality displays.
• Patient, nurturing and positive, able to build relations built on trust and respect.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to support colleagues, children and families
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
• Able to work in partnership with colleagues, parents and outside agencies to secure the best outcomes for our children and families
