Position Overview:
The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving the overall success of the organisation. This role requires a leader with a strong background in scaling online education businesses, managing remote teams, and driving revenue growth through digital products and services. The CEO will work closely with senior management to align company goals while maintaining a strong, collaborative remote working culture.

Revenue Growth & Profitability – Drive revenue growth through innovative sales, marketing, and partnership strategies while maintaining financial sustainability.
Operational Efficiency – Ensure smooth daily operations by optimising workflows, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology for improved productivity.
Customer Experience – Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring products and services deliver real value and engagement.
Brand & Market Positioning – Strengthen brand reputation and visibility through strategic marketing, partnerships, and industry thought leadership.
Stakeholder Relations – Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Person Specification:
Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or Senior Executive in an online education, fintech, or e-learning business.
Demonstrated success in scaling remote teams and growing revenue in a digital business.
Strong understanding of financial education, online learning platforms, and digital product sales.
Experience in creating and executing business strategies, including marketing, operations, and finance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to cultivate a strong remote company culture and team engagement.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic industry.
Desirable Experience:
Background in finance, investing, or related fields.
