Department Administrator - Legal Team

Croydon | £27,000 - £30,000 | Hybrid Working

Are you a detail-driven administrator with a knack for organisation and a proactive mindset? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment where no two days are the same? If so, this Department Administrator role within the Legal Team of a leading global consultancy could be a perfect fit.

Why You'll Love This Role

* Work in a well-respected, international business with a strong reputation for excellence.

* Be part of a friendly, professional legal team that operates globally.

* Enjoy a mix of structured processes and varied tasks, keeping your days engaging and rewarding.

* Hybrid working options (office-based in Croydon with flexibility).

What You'll Be Doing

This is a busy and varied admin role where attention to detail is key. You'll be supporting a high-performing legal team with tasks such as:

* Managing legal requests and tracking contract reviews.

* Organising meetings, training sessions, and complex travel arrangements.

* Processing invoices and purchase orders using finance software.

* Supporting timesheet management for the legal team.

* Handling queries from stakeholders across the business.

What We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone with solid administrative experience (ideally in a professional services, legal, or corporate environment) who thrives on structure, process, and getting things right the first time.

You'll need to be:

✔ Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

✔ Comfortable following structured processes while keeping up with deadlines.

✔ Proactive and adaptable, able to juggle different priorities.

✔ Confident communicating with professionals at all levels of the business.

✔ Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

If you've worked in a legal department, law firm, or a similar professional services setting, that's a big plus - but it's not essential.

Why Join?

In addition to a great salary and the chance to work in a well-regarded business, you'll also benefit from:

* Hybrid working options for better work-life balance.

* A collaborative, friendly, and professional team.

* Opportunities for professional development within a global organisation.

* A strong benefits package including pension contributions, life insurance, and wellbeing support.
