Job Title: School Administrator
Location: Lambeth, London
Hours: 8am/8:30am - 4pm/4:30pm
Contract: Temporary | Term Time Only
About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive School Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team in Lambeth. This is a key role, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office and ensuring efficient administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing pupil data and records using the school's
Management Information System (MIS) - Supporting attendance, admissions, and safeguarding processes
- Handling front office duties including answering calls, welcoming visitors, and managing correspondence
- Assisting with school communications, reports, and documentation
- Providing general administrative support to senior leadership and teaching staff
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school administrative role
- Strong working knowledge of a school MIS (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, or similar)
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
