Job PurposeTo provide support for young man to lead independent life and spend time with his childLocationStoke Holy Cross, NR14Job DetailsI have MS which has lead to brain function issues including poor short term memory, therefore I am seeking a reliable and friendly PA to support me to regain confidence and skills in everyday life, particularly accessing the community with my daughter. I can be flexible around when hours are worked, depending on what we decide to do.Required Characteristics· Flexible and reliable· Family friendly· Well organised· Driver with own car and appropriate class of business insuranceSummary terms and conditions· The rate of pay for this position is £13.00 per hour· Hours of work: 12 hours per week, flexible times, mainly at weekends· 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata paid leave, inclusive of bank holidays· Free Careskills training as appropriate for roleThe post is subject to the following:· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months
