Responsibilities Head of Operations and Responsible Individual:
Head of Operations and Responsible Individual Will Formulate objectives that align with the care home’s goals
Recruit, train, and schedule staff
Analyse financial data to improve profitability
The Head of Operations and Responsible Individual Will Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and processes
Design policies for the care home
Manage procurement processes

Head of Operations and Responsible Individual requirements:
• The Head of Operations/Responsible Individual Must have previous experience
• Semi-independent/Supported Accommodation
